Topic: How's That Diet Going?
Well, I am almost caught up with my food confessions, if you will, as I'm only a week behind with this post. Anyway, on to the food:
- HEB Multiple Vitamins Men's Health Formula - I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing about these vitamins, but I keep taking them regardless.
- Hill Country Fare Quick Oatmeal - Yes, more oatmeal. Twice a day, most days. Deal with it.
- Healthy Choice Garlic Parmesan Chicken Flavor Adventures - One of my all time favorites in the frozen meal arena.
- China Garden - Tofu with vegetables stir fry, fried potatoes, ramen, white rice, fried spring rolls, pot stickers, and Dr. Pepper. Another visit to the wife's favorite Chinese food buffet. This one went better than the last, I think. Less meat, more vegetables and it would all be perfect if I could get them to carry brown rice and stop me from eating all those fried spring rolls. On the bright side, I limited myself to only one glass of Dr. Pepper, and for me, that's quite an accomplishment.
So, needless to say, the calorie count on this day went a little high. It was 3,146 with 30% from fat, so that's a bit more than I like to get, and quite a bit more from fat than I like. I'll have to try harder in the future.
